Hi! I’m Teresa Angell, a freelance photographer living on the Kapiti Coast of New Zealand. Capturing birds, wildlife and dogs in action is my passion.
The last five years I have focused on photographing and researching the vibrant and passionate Siberian Husky and sled dog racing community in New Zealand. Details of this work can be found on my Home page. A hard covered book is now available that documents the story of Sled Dog Racing In New Zealand.
Now I am planning and developing a new venture, photographing mushers teams, creating their very own personal custom photo story album.
Photography has been a fun part of my life for the past decade. I am a member of the New Zealand Institute of Professional Photographers (NZIPP), the Photographic Society of New Zealand (PSNZ) and the Kapiti Coast Photographic Society (KCPS).
When I’m not out with my camera pursuing a project or capturing memories for others, you’ll find me enjoying a good book, listening to music, riding my mountain or motorbike bike, sharing time with family and walking on the beach.
